Daniel Miller, Class of 2011

University: Centre College

Daniel Miller graduated from F.J. Reitz High School. He was a four-year varsity tennis player, and was named captain his senior year. He was also a member of the History, English, and Interdisciplinary Academic Superbowl Teams, as well as junior class treasurer. He represented his school at the 2010 Richard Lugar Leadership Conference, was a member of National Honor Society, was a National Merit Scholar and won the Neil V. Pierce award for most outstanding scholastic achievement by a senior athlete. Outside of school, Daniel volunteered to coach a local middle school’s boys tennis team for four years and girls team for two years. At Centre, he plans to study history and government, while casually pursuing a myriad of other interests.
