Nathalie Tapolsky, Class of 2011

University: University of Louisville

Nathalie Tapolsky graduated as valedictorian from DuPont Manual High School in 2011. She is in the Speed School of engineering as a bioengineer major. She is also in the pre-medical program as well as minoring in French. In high school, Nathalie was committed to service where she was the vice-president of her school’s Key Club, one of the largest and most active clubs in the district. She was also an active member of National Honor Society, French National Honor Society, Beta Club, Women in Science and Engineering, Future Business Leaders of America and the Model United Nations Program. Apart from doing community service at school, Nathalie spent much of her own time volunteering at the Boulder Humane Society, Norton Hospital’s Music Therapy Program, and working with the Boulder Youth Body Alliance as a peer educator. Having lived in Boulder, Colorado for ten years, Nathalie loves the mountains and all the activities that come with them: running, hiking, biking and skiing!
