Brown Fellows Program

 

Information for Prospective Applicants

WHAT'S YOUR LEADERSHIP QUOTIENT?

To be eligible to become a Brown Fellow, high school seniors must have demonstrated a capacity for intellectual leadership and also have an interest in attending the University of Louisville or Centre College.  To be considered, the student must apply to one or both of these institutions and complete a supplemental Brown Fellows Program application.

Selection Criteria

In addition to outstanding grades, exemplary test scores and excellent communications skills, students applying for the Brown Fellows Program should also demonstrate the following:

  • Scholarship
  • Leadership
  • Accountability
  • Drive

 2010-2014 Fellows Academic Profile

  • Average High School GPA: 3.95
  • Average SAT: 1420
  • Average ACT: 32
  • Fellows in Top Tenth of HS Class: 100%
  • In-State / Out-of-State: 65% / 35%
