Erran Huber, who plans to major in political science, graduated from South Oldham High School in Crestwood. The Governor's Scholar and Commonwealth Ambassador participated in UofL's Gifted Student Summer Program as a sophomore. Erran was co-founder of his high school's Future Republicans and Future Democrats clubs and served as co-president of the Future Democrats. He served as vice president of the Diplomacy Club his junior and senior years and was vice president of his school's National Honor Society chapter his senior year. He was also his school mascot his senior year. Erran’s extensive community service includes being a volunteer for Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic in Louisville and working at an assisted living facility in LaGrange, where he played piano and assisted elderly and disabled residents.
